“Self-care is about giving the world the best of you, instead of what’s left of you.”
Seeking a supervisor who will support you with warmth, honesty, and a deep respect for your journey?
I welcome you to reach out Whether this is your first job or you’ve been in the field for years. I intentionally cultivate a relaxed and grounded atmosphere in supervision, creating a supportive space for meaningful conversation where you can explore, process, and grow.
My communication style is clear and open. I hold space for those who need to verbally process through situations and I encourage you to come as you are and reach out whenever questions arise.
My supervisory approach is rooted in my clinical practice, which integrates trauma-informed, strength-based, and person-centered perspectives. I believe in helping social workers reclaim their power through boundary setting and self-care, tools that are essential for sustaining this work.
If you have ever felt drained by people-pleasing, struggled to say “no,” or found yourself overcommitting at the expense of your well-being, you are not alone. Together, we will explore what it means to set healthy, compassionate boundaries that honor your needs, values, and limits wherever you might be in your social work journey.
In addition to supporting those in their licensure journey, I provide case consultation and guidance grounded in ethics, clinical expertise, and the realities of practice. My goal is to empower you not only to succeed as a social worker but also to thrive as a whole person.
