Renee Leber MSSA, LISW-S, CSWM
Owner and Founder
Renee is a seasoned clinical social worker and dynamic leader with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and teams through trauma-informed care and holistic healing. With a deep commitment to both clinical excellence and organizational impact, Renee has led multidisciplinary teams, developed behavioral health programs, and supervised emerging professionals across a wide range of settings—from hospitals and community agencies to integrated care environments.
Renee is known for creating supportive, empowering spaces for both clients and colleagues alike blending compassion with clarity in everything she does. As Co-Director for NASW Ohio Region 2 and recipient of the 2023 NASW Ohio Region 2 Social Worker of the Year award, Renee brings not only expertise but heart to her work. Her style of leadership is rooted in collaboration, authenticity, and a steadfast belief in people’s capacity to grow. Whether offering clinical supervision, trauma-focused therapy, or consulting for organizations seeking stronger team culture, Renee invites others into a partnership built on trust, insight, communication and meaningful change.
Renee’s therapeutic focus is to work with adolescences and adults of all backgrounds, identities, and life stages who are ready to reconnect with themselves and move toward greater wholeness. Most of her clients are navigating anxiety, complex trauma, burnout, strained relationships, people-pleasing cycles, or life transitions.
Kaeley Schonhardt, BSW, LSW

Kaeley is a Licensed Social Worker who brings a compassionate, grounded approach to supporting children and families as they navigate life’s challenges. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen within safe, meaningful relationships, and she is deeply committed to creating therapeutic spaces where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Kaeley earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bowling Green State University in 2024 and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at The Ohio State University, with an anticipated graduation in August 2026. Her educational foundation also includes associate degrees in Human Services and Criminal Justice, reflecting a broad understanding of the systems that impact individual and family wellbeing.
Through her clinical and case management experience across community agencies, school-based settings, and healthcare environments, Kaeley has developed a strong passion for working with youth and supporting families through complex transitions. Her background includes providing counseling services under supervision, facilitating student support in school settings, managing caseloads with diverse needs, and advocating for individuals navigating community resources.
At The Caring Collective, Kaeley provides counseling services in both office and school-based settings, where she focuses on building trusting therapeutic relationships that foster confidence, resilience, and personal growth. Her approach reflects The Caring Collective’s commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based care that honors each individual’s unique story.
Kaeley is dedicated to walking alongside children and families as they develop skills, strengthen connections, and move toward healing and growth.
