Renee is a seasoned clinical social worker and dynamic leader with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and teams through trauma-informed care and holistic healing. With a deep commitment to both clinical excellence and organizational impact, Renee has led multidisciplinary teams, developed behavioral health programs, and supervised emerging professionals across a wide range of settings—from hospitals and community agencies to integrated care environments.

Renee is known for creating supportive, empowering spaces for both clients and colleagues alike blending compassion with clarity in everything she does. As Co-Director for NASW Ohio Region 2 and recipient of the 2023 NASW Ohio Region 2 Social Worker of the Year award, Renee brings not only expertise but heart to her work. Her style of leadership is rooted in collaboration, authenticity, and a steadfast belief in people’s capacity to grow. Whether offering clinical supervision, trauma-focused therapy, or consulting for organizations seeking stronger team culture, Renee invites others into a partnership built on trust, insight, communication and meaningful change.

Renee’s therapeutic focus is to work with adolescences and adults of all backgrounds, identities, and life stages who are ready to reconnect with themselves and move toward greater wholeness.
