Renee Leber

Renee is an award-winning clinical social worker and professional leader with almost two decades of experience leading transformational work across behavioral health, community engagement, and workforce development. As the founder of The Caring Collective LLC, Renee brings a trauma-informed, emotionally intelligent, and equity-driven lens to her trainings and keynote presentations—empowering organizations to cultivate trust, resilience, and collaboration from the inside out.

Known for her dynamic presence and relatable delivery, Renee speaks on topics including psychological safety, communication and boundary setting in leadership, workplace wellness, and navigating change with integrity. Her approach blends lived experience with professional insight using her therapy and senior management background, grounded in both practice and policy. She has led and advised high-impact teams across Ohio, serving in roles that span clinical leadership, staff supervision, and program innovation.

Renee has been recognized by her peers locally and statewide for outstanding leadership and quality care. She also holds an elected position as National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Ohio Chapter, Region 2 Co-Director where contributes to leadership efforts and advocates for ethical standards and professional development within the social work profession.

Whether facilitating a reflective workshop with HR professionals or addressing a room of organizational leaders, Renee creates space for honest dialogue, growth, and collective care. Her sessions leave participants not only informed but truly transformed.
